A proven sharpshooter with deep range and a quick release, Toneari Lane is known for his ability to stretch the floor and deliver in clutch moments. His confidence from beyond the arc and steady scoring presence make him a constant threat to opposing defenses. Toneari is committed to San Diego for his graduate season in 2025–26.

2024–25 (Georgia State)

Started all 33 games for the Panthers and led the team in minutes played. Ranked third on the roster in scoring (13.8 ppg) and rebounding (2.9 rpg). Finished second in the Sun Belt in total three-pointers made (90) and minutes per game, while also placing fourth in three-point percentage (35.3%) and fifth in threes per game (2.73). Reached the 1,000-career point milestone against Charlotte on Jan. 14. Registered 24 games with double-figure scoring, including seven 20+ point outings. Matched a career-high 23 points vs. Austin Peay (Nov. 26) and ULM (Feb. 5) and grabbed a career-best eight rebounds at Arkansas State (Jan. 18).

2023–24 (Georgia State)

Finished as Georgia State’s second-leading scorer at 13.3 ppg. Led the Sun Belt in three-point percentage (.337) and three-pointers per game (2.77), contributing 86 made threes on the season (tied for fifth in school single-season history). Scored in double figures in 22 of 31 games and had four 20-point performances. Knocked down five or more triples in five contests (with a season-high six on two occasions) and shot 82% from the free-throw line. Posted back-to-back 23-point games (both wins over Little Rock), going 6-for-6 from long range in the first and 8-for-9 at the line in the second, and matched 23 points again in a win over Old Dominion. Also scored 20 with six threes at South Alabama and closed the year with six straight games of 12+ points, including 19 in the Sun Belt Tournament versus Marshall. Pulled down a career-high seven rebounds at Little Rock.

2022–23 (Winthrop)

Appeared in 32 games with nine starts, averaging 10.3 points and 2.4 rebounds in 25 minutes per contest. Connected on 75 three-pointers on 197 attempts (38.1%) while shooting 42% from the field and 77% from the free-throw line. Scored in double figures 17 times, including a season-high 20 points vs. Eastern Michigan (6-for-8 from three). Other top scoring outings included 18 at Auburn and 17 vs. Penn State, Charleston Southern and Longwood. Season-high seven rebounds vs. Southern Miss and a season-best five assists vs. Longwood.

2021–22 (Winthrop)

Redshirted the 2021–22 season while recovering from injury.

2020–21 (Winthrop)

In limited action as a true freshman, posted a season-high six points at Charleston Southern (4-of-6 from three) and grabbed six rebounds vs. UNC Greensboro before an injury sidelined him for the final 11 games.

High School

A standout at Grayson High School (Gwinnett County), earning All-Region and All-Gwinnett County honors. Averaged 20.1 points, 8.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists as a senior while helping Grayson reach as high as No. 2 in national rankings. Named MVP of the Kevin Durant Classic and collected All-Region recognition each year (second-team as a freshman, first-team for the final three seasons).
